Today, the influence of Corinth can be seen in public structures worldwide, its roots traced back to the 5th century BC by the poet Callimachus.

Within a short space of time, we will arrive at the renowned town of Corinth, a pivotal location in ancient times known for its infamous “wickedness”.

This ancient town has a rich and captivating history, including the presence of St. Paul in 52 AD for the establishment of the Church of Corinth during his two visits. As part of this tour, we will explore fascinating sites such as the Temple of Apollo dating back to the 6th century BC, the Fountain of Glauke, the Spring of Periander, and the well-preserved 8-meter-wide Lechaion Road. Finally, we will visit the Doric Temple of Apollo, one of the earliest religious structures constructed to honor the god of music.

Make sure to visit the Corinth Museum, where you can find a magnificent array of ancient artifacts discovered from the nearby ruins. Among these remarkable relics are exquisite Roman mosaics.
